FAQ

All bookings can be done on-line or by telephone or a combination of both. We require a non refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking, the balance and a damage/key deposit (£300, £500 for longer stays) are due 8 weeks before departure.  Payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

The villa is usually let on a weekly basis, we are flexible with the change over day. If other guests are departing/arriving on your day of arrival/departure, you may be required to leave by 11:00am and arrive after 4:00pm.

Prices shown are for the villa per week in UK pounds. Price includes beds made on arrival, all linen & towels (Bath, Hand & Swimming) and post-stay cleaning.

The deposit (£200) is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled in writing by the group leader more than 8 weeks before arrival then 100% of the balance paid will be refunded. Cancellations between 4 & 8 weeks will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival will not be eligible for a refund. In the very unlikely event that the owner has to cancel the booking then a full refund will be made with no liability for any consequential loss, eg flights and car rental.

We offer free cancelations in the event of a government lockdown.
