This traditional Spanish villa is situated on the quiet urbanization of Pinosol. It has an enclosed garden and private pool making it suitable for families.

There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests. The villa is dog friendly.

The villa benefits from modern air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with100’s of English stations including most sports channels, Netflix & Amazon prime programs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is central heating and an open fire available for winter lets.

One private and secure off-street parking space is available.
THE ROOMS
Casa Louisa benefits from 3 bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning units.

Bedroom 1: Equipped with a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom, a fitted wardrobe, a safe and bedside tables with drawers.
​
Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside table with drawers.
Bedroom 3: Equipped with two single beds, chest drawers, wardrobe and bed side tables with drawers. Room for travel cot which can be provided on request free of charge.
​
All beds will be made up for you on arrival with freshly laundered sheets. Freshly laundered shower and pool/beach towels are also provided free of charge for all guests.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The villa grounds are fully enclosed and private.
​
The garden benefits from a grassed area of lawn, a private pool measuring 8m by 4m with corner steps in the shallow end, a covered sun terrace - perfect for daytime and evening dining - and an outdoor food preparation area and gas BBQ.
​
The garden is equipped with a dining table, chairs and sun loungers.

LOCATION
The villa is well sited in the urbanisation of Pinosol approximately 1.5km from the Arenal beach. The nearest bar and restaurant is within 50m of the villa and a large Consum supermarket is 1km from the villa. Pinosol park equipped with children's play equipment is sited on the other side of the road from the Aparthotel.
​
Although most amenities are within walking distance, a local taxi to/from the Arenal beach is around 7/8 euro (one-way).
​
The villa is well located to benefit from attractions and leisure facilities within Javea and the surrounding areas.
​
Both Alicante and Valencia airport are situated approximately 1hr 15mins from the villa, where daily international flights arrive and depart, including those from the UK.
